Delicious Gluten-Free Birthday Cake Recipes

1. Flourless Chocolate Cake:

Ingredients:

 8 ounces (225 grams) mixedchocolate, chopped

1 cup (225 grams) unsalted  butter

1 1/4 cups (250 grams) granulatedsugar

6 large  eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C)and grease a 9-inch (23 cm) round cake pan.

Melt the chocolate and buttertogether in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.

In a different bowl, whisktogether the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until very much combined.

Pour the melted  chocolate combination into the sugar and eggblend, mixing until smooth.

Pour the batter into the preparedcake pan and bake for around 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in themiddle emerges with a few moist crumbs.

Allow the cake to cool in the panfor 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Servewith powdered sugar or whipped cream.


2. Almond Flour Vanilla Cake:

Ingredients:

 2 1/2 cups (250 grams) almondflour

1/2 cup (60 grams) custard flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup (120 ml) coconut oil,liquefied

3/4 cup (150 grams) granulatedsugar

4 huge eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla  extract

1/2 cup (120 ml) unsweetenedalmond milk


Instructions:

Preheat the stove to 350°F(175°C) and oil a 9-inch (23 cm) round cake pan.

In a bowl, whisk together thealmond flour, custard flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a different bowl, beattogether the melted coconut oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredientsto the wet ingredients, alternating with the almond milk, and mix until wellcombined.

Pour the batter into the preparedcake pan and bake for around 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in themiddle confesses all.

Allow the cake to cool in thesearch for 10  minutes prior to moving itto a wire rack to totally cool. Ice with your favorite  gluten-free frosting.


3. Coconut Flour Lemon Cake:

Ingredients:

 1 cup (120 grams) coconut flour

1/2 cup (120 grams) unsaltedbutter, melted

1/2 cup (120 ml) honey or maplesyrup

6 huge eggs

1/2 cup (120 ml) unsweetenedalmond milk

Zest of 2 lemons

Juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions:

 Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)and grease  a 9-inch (23 cm) round cakepan.

In a bowl, combine the coconutflour, baking powder, and salt.

In a different bowl, whisktogether the dissolved margarine, honey or maple syrup, eggs, almond milk,lemon zing, lemon juice, and vanilla concentrate.
